We are looking for an experienced Senior Admissions Counsellor with strong BFSI/Financial Services and Admissions Counselling/Inside Sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admissions counselling and convert leads into enrollments.
- Counsel students and working professionals on financial certifications.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, objections, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Maintain CRM/MIS and sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in Admissions Counselling / Inside Sales / Education Sales.
- BFSI/Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales/enrollment targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Commerce/Finance.
Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi Type: Full-time, In office
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
