Role Description

Ezyschooling.com, located in Shahdara, New Delhi, is seeking a full time Admission Counsellor fluent in Hindi and English to join our team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, answer admission-related queries, provide guidance on selection criteria and admission procedures,



and help families select schools/programs that align with their goals.

Key Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Freshers welcome; 1+ years of experience in admission counselling or a related field is a plus
- A customer service mindset to provide accurate, effective assistance to students and parents
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Robust ethical compass able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion
- Experience with student engagement/enrollment management software is a plus
- Background in education is preferred
