Role & responsibilities
- Bank Work &
- Loan Sanctioning: Lead the sanctioning, renewal, and enhancement of working capital and term loans; prepare project reports, cash flow projections, and manage daily banking/treasury operations.
- Accounting &
- MIS: Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in preparing accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Taxation &
- Compliance: Manage timely computation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law compliances.
- Audits &
- Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory, and bank stock audits; ensure timely closure of audit queries and strengthen internal controls.
- ERP &
- Automation: Drive effective financial operations and reporting using SAP-FICO and analytical tools like Power BI.
- Team Support: Guide and supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with external banks, auditors, and internal teams.
