Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations, invoicing, ledgers, and balance sheet preparation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- Experience in month-end/year-end closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Ability to establish and monitor internal controls, accounting processes, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with management, internal teams, vendors, customers, CAs, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead, guide, and manage an Accounts & Finance team.
- Strong ownership, accuracy, accountability, and ability to work within strict deadlines.

KRAs:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely financial reporting.
- Manage banking operations, payments, fund transfers and banking facilities.
- Monitor cash flow, bank limits and working capital requirements.
- Handle foreign remittances, AD Code, FEMA,



FIRC/BRC and related matters.
- Oversee GST, TDS/TCS and other tax compliances.
- Review tax reconciliations, ITC, RCM, e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities for audits, notices and assessments.
- Ensure compliance for import, export, SEZ/FTWZ and warehousing transactions.
- Ensure compliance under the Companies Act and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with CS, auditors and legal/tax consultants.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance calendars.
- Lead statutory, tax and internal audit coordination.
- Ensure closure of audit observations.
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and documentation.
- Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts, MIS and financial analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitor profitability, costs, working capital and financial risks.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
