Alliance Medical Systems Private Limited is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our finance and accounts team in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, billing, receivables/payables and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and process sales invoices and purchase-related entries.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
- Assist with GST-related records and routine compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS and accounting reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal departments when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.





Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates with experience in trading, medical equipment, healthcare or distribution companies will be preferred.
