Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting, GST, taxation, reconciliations, internal audit, statutory compliance and MIS reporting, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end book closure, working closely with the existing Accounts Executive.
· Handle end-to-end invoice processing, including invoice verification, GST details, approvals, accounting entries, and resolving invoice-related issues.
· Manage GST, TDS and other tax compliance, including calculations, payments, reconciliations, returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and coordination with tax consultants.
· Manage bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations, including handling and monitoring multiple bank accounts and ensuring unreconciled items and outstanding differences are cleared on time.
· Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, receivables, payables and cash-flow reports, and highlight key financial issues to management.
· Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and supporting documents, coordinating with auditors and consultants, and ensuring audit observations are closed on time.
· Attend weekly finance meetings and submit required reports/updates to management, while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
· Ensure proper financial controls and statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records, approvals and supporting documents, and identifying and resolving process gaps or compliance issues.
· Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow, proactively identify finance-related issues, and ensure timely resolution with minimum supervision.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
