Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accounts management Own books, receivables, payables, payroll accounting, reconciliations and monthly close. Track overdue collections with Sales. Reconcile inventory and batch costs; report product margins, expiry losses and financial performance.
- Banking Manage bank relationships, reconciliations, approved payments, facility utilisation, repayment schedules and required bank submissions. Maintain clear payment approvals and transaction records.
- Taxation and compliance Own the compliance calendar, GST and TDS reconciliations, income tax planning and return preparation with advisers. Track notices and closure; coordinate corporate filings with the company secretary.
- Audit and financial controls Lead audit preparation and coordination. Maintain supporting schedules, stock verification reconciliations and balance confirmations. Resolve audit queries and control gaps; keep records ready throughout the year.
- Funding budgeting and cash flow Own the annual budget, monthly variance analysis and rolling 13-week cash forecast. Plan working capital and borrowing needs, prepare lender information and evaluate capital spending for management approval.




- Outbound logistics support Review freight bills, dispatch documentation, proof of delivery, delivery exceptions and claims. Help Operations control freight cost and recover.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Profile CA or CMA preferred, with 4 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience; alternatively, a robust finance professional with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years in manufacturing and proven ownership across all five mandatory KRAs are essential.
- Capability Strong accounting software and spreadsheet skills; able to work directly and supervise available accounts support, protect confidential information and raise concerns early. Experience in healthcare, food or another regulated manufacturer is useful.
- Reporting Director and Founder; works closely with the GM Operations, Head - Sales and Marketing, HR and external advisers.
- Location and schedule Three weekdays at Jigani and two at Koramangala. Alternate Saturdays off; remaining Saturdays working. This is an on-site role across both locations.
