We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong exposure to US and/or Canadian accounting to join our accounting services team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing accounting activities for international clients and should be comfortable working independently on books, reconciliations, reporting and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting activities for US and Canadian clients.
- Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger activities.
- Perform bank, credit card and other account reconciliations.
- Review and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Handle books finalisation and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies or unusual items.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices, payments,



receipts and other accounting transactions.
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate accounting-related updates, queries and requirements.
- Support client accounting requirements and resolve day-to-day accounting issues.
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting principles and client-specific requirements.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in US and/or Canadian accounting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AP, AR, reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
- Experience with books finalisation and preparation of financial statements.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience working on QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification.

Candidates with experience in international accounting, offshore accounting, US accounting, Canadian accounting or accounting outsourcing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
