Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, payment records, and expense claims.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Experience: Experience in Furniture Material, interior, turnkey projects, manufacturing, or contracting companies would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,433.94 - ₹25,000.00 per month
