Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full time remote position responsible for overseeing core accounting operations and financial reporting. The senior accountant will manage general ledger activities, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing. Day-to-day tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

The role will also support budgeting and forecasting,



analyze financial data to provide insights to management, and assist with audits and process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and leadership is essential to maintain financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS), including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation for management decision support.

- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software Tally ERP and SAP B1, spreadsheets, and financial modeling tools; strong Excel skills are highly beneficial.

- Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit support processes in a corporate environment.

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare, or manufacturing industries is preferred but not mandatory.
