The Senior Accountant of a landscaping company is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets and forecasts. Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and monitor variances.
- Accounting Processes:Oversee and maintain accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Financial Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Cost Management:Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining profitability.
- Vendor and Customer Relations:Manage relationships with vendors and clients related to invoices and payments.
- Team Management:If applicable, lead and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and training.




- Internal Controls:Implement and maintain internal financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial integrity.
- Auditing:Prepare financial records for audits and work with external auditors.
- Zoho ERP : Generate various reports including analysis through Zohobooks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Expert in Zohobooks preferrably in Ultimate Plan.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting systems.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts accurately.
- Experience in a landscaping or related industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
