Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Noida.

The Senior

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and overseeing account reconciliations.

Responsibilities include reviewing and finalizing books of accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting audits and statutory filings. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, and providing insights to support business decisions.

The Senior

Accountant will also mentor junior team members, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders,



and help improve accounting processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.

- Candidates should possess tax and compliance skills, including knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements.

- Candidates should possess audit and reporting skills, including experience with internal and external audits, documentation, and management reporting.

- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and productivity tools, such as ERP systems, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with clients, cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

- Several years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a CA firm or professional services workplace.

- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
