Job Overview:

We are strictly seeking an expert, highly organized, and system-driven Full-Time Accountant to take absolute ownership of the financial books and inventory records. We operate an advanced, fast-paced environment with zero tolerance for backlogs, delayed entries, or messy paperwork. You will be fully responsible for ensuring our systems are continuously updated in real-time.

Our goal is absolute system optimization: a single click must provide the exact live ledger balance of any account and the flawless, real-time stock levels of any product profile.

Working Hours: 10:45 AM to 8:45 PM (10 Hours Daily)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekly Off on Sunday)

Selection Process (2 Interview Rounds):

- Round 1: Preliminary Telephonic/Face-to-Face Screening: A review of your accounting history, communication skills, and baseline knowledge of multi-firm Indian tax structures.
- Round 2: Practical "Live Tally" Skills Assessment: A rigorous on-site desktop test evaluating your speed and accuracy in keyboard navigation, real-time multi-firm toggling, live stock lookups, and statement duplication handling.

Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas:

- Real-Time Data Ownership: Maintain a structured, day-to-day workflow ensuring that all daily sales invoices, transactions, and vouchers are finalized before closing time. No data accumulation or work delays are permitted.
- Flawless Multi-Bank Reconciliation: Execute meticulous bank reconciliation logs across multiple active business accounts.



You must be an expert at identifying and preventing duplicate manual loops when processing large statement batches.
- Agile Ledger Management: Clean, structure, and balance complex multi-firm ledger interactions. Ensure advanced data classification so accounts are perpetually ready for professional statutory financial audits.
- Granular Inventory Control: Maintain live item counts, batch logging, and inventory values in Tally Prime, ensuring physical counter stock matches the digital dashboard records completely.
- Instant Tax Documents: Generate instant counter sales vouchers, GST-compliant tax invoices, and real-time E-Way bills to support the floor packing team without causing customer delays.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of robust, verifiable accounting experience strictly managing multi-company setups, high-volume bank cleanups, and active item-wise stock inventories.
- Educational background of a Commerce Graduate or Post-Graduate (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
- Expert-level mastery of Tally Prime environments, keyboard short-keys, item configurations, and multi-godown stock functions.
- Deep knowledge of advanced Indian accounting principles, tax deduction checks, and live GSTR-2B Input Tax Credit reconciliation parameters.
- Possession of a functional smartphone is an absolute requirement for modern data tracking, software dashboard syncs, and transaction alerts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
