- Senior Accountant: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounting.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / SMEs – General Ledger with robust expertise in US Accounting, General Ledger, Month-End Closing, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Handle/review month-end GL activities, including bank & balance sheet reconciliations, payroll accounting, income journals, and sales tax.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and General Ledger processes.
- Hands-on experience in US Accounting is highly preferred.




- Strong understanding of Month-End Closing and Account Reconciliations.
- Experience with accounting software such as Oracle, M3, or Yardi will be an added advantage.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to review team performance, identify errors, and drive process improvements.
- Track errors and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and General Ledger.
- Valuable analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Oracle, M3, or Yardi is preferred.
