We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to take ownership of core accounting operations and contribute to strategic financial decision-making. This role is best suited for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with sharp analytical skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening internal financial processes that support overall business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
- Monitor and enhance internal financial controls and procedures
- Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights to management
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff when required





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience under a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm or professional
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial analysis tools)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

Preferred Qualifications

- CA (Inter) or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Prior exposure to audit coordination and regulatory reporting
