Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Validate Salesforce Lightning components, custom objects, workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
- Conduct API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous quality improvements.
- Prepare test execution reports and provide testing status updates.
