JOB VACANCY – SECURITY STAFF

Position: Security Staff

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Work Setting: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre , NGO

We are looking for responsible, alert and disciplined Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our patients/inmates, staff, visitors and premises. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure the overall safety and security of the rehabilitation centre and its premises.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of patients, staff, visitors and other individuals.
- Maintain visitor records, entry/exit registers and other security-related records.
- Regularly monitor the campus and conduct routine security rounds/patrols.
- Maintain vigilance around patient residential areas, gates, boundary areas and other significant locations.
- Verify and monitor visitors, service personnel, vendors and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.




- Handle patients respectfully and calmly while ensuring security and safety.
- Ensure that the main gate and other access points are properly secured during designated hours.
- Follow the organization's security procedures, safety guidelines and instructions from management.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by the organization.

Preferred Skills

- Alert, responsible and disciplined.
- Ability to remain calm and handle situations patiently.
- Good observation skills and situational awareness.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine security rounds.
- Previous experience in hospital, rehabilitation centre, residential facility or institutional security will be an added advantage.
