Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Preferred Location: Khanna, Doraha and nearby areas.

Job Summary

Deepak Fasteners Limited is looking for an experienced Security Officer to manage and supervise security operations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong industrial security experience or may have a Defence/Ex-Serviceman background.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall security operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Supervise security guards and manage shift-wise deployment.
- Control gate operations and entry/exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
- Manage visitor and access-control systems.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized entry and security violations.
- Conduct regular security rounds and identify potential security risks.
- Handle security incidents, investigations and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate emergency response during fire, accidents, theft or other critical situations.
- Maintain security registers, records and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR,



Administration and Plant Management regarding security matters.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Manage security arrangements during special events, employee movements and visitor movements.
- Monitor the overall discipline and security environment within the plant premises.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant industrial security experience is mandatory.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Defence/Ex-Serviceman background may be considered.
- Good knowledge of industrial security, gate management and workforce handling.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel and work in shifts.
- Disciplined, responsible and alert approach towards security operations.
