- Developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols and procedures to protect properties and occupants.
- Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
- Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance (CCTV), and alarm systems
Security Personnel Management
- Supervising security personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Managing security staff, including recruitment, performance management, and development.
Emergency Preparedness and Incident Response:
- Developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
- Responding effectively to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions.
Budget Management
- Developing and managing the security budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Liaison with Police
- Establishing and maintaining communication with local police departments to ensure security, address any potential issues, and coordinate on matters related to the project.
