Job Summary

Cee Enn Promoters & Developers is looking for a responsible and experienced Security In-Charge to oversee security operations at our real estate project. The role involves managing security staff, maintaining site safety, monitoring entry and exit, and ensuring the overall security of the premises, staff, visitors, and property.

- Visitor & Vehicle Monitoring
- CCTV Monitoring
- Site Patrolling & Surveillance
- Material Movement Monitoring
- Incident & Emergency Handling
- Security Register & Record Maintenance
- Daily Security Reporting
- Access Control & Unauthorized Entry Prevention
- Security Protocol & Discipline Enforcement
- Coordination with Site & Management Teams
- Overall Project Site Security.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security In-Charge / Security Supervisor
- Experience in real estate, construction, residential projects, or similar sites preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and supervise security guards
- Alert, disciplined, responsible,



and physically fit
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and security procedures
- Ability to maintain security records and reports
