Licensing: Active state Security Guard License / Guard Card (or ability to obtain before start date).
Age: Must be at least 25 years old (28+ if driving or armed service is required).
Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
Skills: Transparent verbal and written communication skills
Experience: Prior experience in security, customer service, or military/first responder roles is preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
