Position: Security Control Centre Coordinator:

The Security Control Center Coordinator will be responsible to ensure the requests related to physical security and security system is taken care during his/her shift. This will include monitoring of Access/Intrusion alarms & CCTVs of sites under APAC, programing of access cards, incident reporting, badging, supporting investigations, monitoring of geopolitical situation across APAC and timely reporting, monitoring of travelers in the APAC region and generating reports & advisory to travelers.

Work Shift: 6 days a week (Night shifts and rotational shifts are included) with 1 weekly off

Responsibilities:

- Security Coordinator to ensure the Security Program, security policies, procedures, and audit policies are complying.
- Ensure security equipment are maintained and tested at the office level at regular Intervals.




- Monitoring all access controls and CCTV remotely for APAC the region.
- Monitoring of Intrusion alarms for Northern America sites/EMEA sites- as per BCP requirement.
- Assist to carry out security surveys and investigations.
- Be involved in all security project works.
- Knowing of all resources from safety and security perspective.
- Maintain close liaison with base builders/ Building management system.
- Maintaining all emergency contact lists.
- Maintain all Escalation matrix for vendors to whom we work closely.
- Monitor and Analyze Regional / Global Threat Landscapes of Geo-political issues, natural/man-made activities (e.g. Tsunami, Topical Storm, Earthquake, Volcano, Protest) throughout the region which may affect the business adversely and update management.
- Business continuity plan work frame / Disaster management handling.
- Monitoring of Travelers throughout the region and sending security advisories proactively. Providing traveler’s list to GPSS management & coordinators .
- Supporting & monitoring Life safety programs (Fire drill/building evacuation and SIP).
- Knowledge of corporate security, laws, and regulations.
- Assisting medical emergencies throughout the region.
- Badging program for the APAC region for all new joiners.
- Supporting various internal and external audits pertaining to security
- Possess multi-tasking ability.
- Good team player and decent communication skills, proficiency in English.

Special Requirements:

- Able to support ASCC operations by extending shifts hours during an emergency event or crisis (including WFH).

Computer Experience:

- The desired candidate will have experience in Windows and MS office including MS outlook.
- Knowledge of Access control system and CCTV applications
- Robust monitoring and Analyze Regional / Global Threat Landscapes of Geo-political issues, natural/man-made activities, through media, OSINT, & news channels.
- Good typing skills
- Technical Aptitude and comfort using technology
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Hardware
