We’re Hiring: SEO Growth Specialist / SEO Strategist

We’re looking for an SEO person who doesn’t just execute tasks, but thinks about what should be done, why it should be done, and how it can be done faster and better.

If your approach to SEO is more than “give me the keywords and I will optimise the page” , this role could be for you.

What we’re looking for

Someone who can:

Think beyond execution - Identify SEO opportunities, problems, gaps and growth areas independently.

Build and execute SEO strategies - Work across Technical SEO, Content, On-page SEO, Off-page, Local SEO and AI/AEO/GEO.

Think automation-first - If something is repetitive, you should ask: “Can this be automated?”

Solve problems independently - Instead of waiting for a task, investigate the issue, understand the root cause and propose a solution.

What we DON'T want

❌ Someone who only waits for an Excel sheet/task list

❌ Someone who only knows keyword research + on-page optimisation

❌ Someone who needs instructions for every step

❌ Someone who says “this is how SEO has always been done”

❌ Someone who performs repetitive tasks manually without looking for a better way

Experience

2–5 years of SEO experience preferred.

Solid practical knowledge matters more than years of experience.

If you can demonstrate that you have built something, solved an SEO problem independently, or created a process that saved time/improved results , we’d love to hear from you.

Interested? DM me or share your CV at [email protected].
