Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in performing keyword research, conducting basic SEO audits, and supporting on-page optimization efforts for client websites.

Daily tasks include monitoring website performance metrics, helping with link building activities, and preparing reports using web analytics tools under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement SEO best practices, stay updated on search engine trends, and contribute ideas to improve organic search visibility. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship,



and exposure to real client projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO for optimizing website content and structure.
- Candidates should possess skills in performing basic SEO Audits to identify technical and content-related improvement areas.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to support ethical off-page optimization and authority development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and prepare straightforward SEO reports.
- Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and current SEO best practices.
- Comfort working with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and interest in building a career in digital marketing and SEO.
