Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SDR (Sales Development Representative) role for IT services, based in the Mohali district and aligned with night shifts. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, and generating new business opportunities for IT service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, identifying decision-makers, presenting service value propositions, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



following up on inbound and outbound leads, and collaborating closely with sales and business development colleagues to meet performance targets. The SDR is expected to maintain professional communication with prospects, follow set processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to effectively manage outreach, handle objections, and support deal progression.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify prospects, create opportunities, and grow the sales pipeline.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects clearly, confidently, and professionally across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

- Relevant experience in SDR or similar roles in IT services or technology sales is highly beneficial.

- Comfort with night shifts and on-site work in the Mohali district is required.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic MS Office or productivity software, and data entry best practices is preferred.

- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience in sales, business, or a related field is advantageous.

- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be valued.
