:

· Bachelor's degree ( or Higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 8-12 years of total experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 4-6 years dedicated experience as a Scrum Master.

· Extensive experience working with large-scale BSS (Business Support Systems) development /implementations within the Telecommunications domain.

· Demonstrable expertise in various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and their practical application.

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification is mandatory. Advanced certifications (CSPO, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.) are a strong plus.

· Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

· Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate agile teams to achieve high performance.

· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.





· Excellent facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural workplace.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Familiarity Estimation techniques

· Familiarity in managing work related to front end technologies such as Angular, react.js etc

· Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.

· Understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven product engineering techniques.

· Leverage deep understanding of BSS processes and components (e.g., CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Product Catalog, Provisioning) in a telecom context.

· Understand the nuances of telecom business processes and how they translate into technical requirements.

· Contribute to effective communication and bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders within the telecom domain.
