Scrum Master – P&C; Insurance

Location: Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai

We at Coforge are hiring an experience Scrum with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance to lead Agile delivery teams and drive successful execution of insurance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders within the P&C; insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, dependencies, and risks.
- Support release planning, capacity planning, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Manage project metrics, status reporting,



and stakeholder communications.
- Work with distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, or similar insurance platforms.
- Experience leading multiple Scrum teams.
- Exposure to digital transformation and modernization programs within the insurance domain.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred.

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
