Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily warehouse operations including material receipt, GRN coordination, storage, picking, packing, material issue, returns and dispatch.
- Maintain proper identification, segregation and status control for Quarantine, Accepted, Rejected, On-Hold, RMA and Finished Goods inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, physical inventory verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, components, accessories and packaging materials against approved specifications and purchase documents; perform final/outgoing inspection as required.
- Execute and maintain calibration activities for inspection and warehouse-related equipment, including calibration scheduling, coordination of external calibration where required, certificate/record control and prevention of use of overdue equipment.
- Support medical device assembly, testing, labelling and packing activities in accordance with approved SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing, inspection, testing, lot/batch and serial-number traceability records, including packing lists and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare, revise and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, checklists and operational records for SCM, warehouse, manufacturing and inspection activities.




- Identify practical gaps or inefficiencies in existing procedures and propose improvements to make operations clear, consistent and reliable.
- Support NCR, CAPA, material discrepancy and product-return/RMA activities through inspection, record preparation, evidence collection and segregation of nonconforming materials.
- Work with suppliers and job-work vendors as part of the SCM team on material availability, delivery, quality issues, documentation and follow-up actions, while building constructive working relationships.
- Coordinate as part of the SCM team with internal functions and overseas stakeholders in the US and Japan by clearly summarizing issues, sharing required information and following up on agreed actions.
- Take ownership of assigned activities, prioritize work and complete tasks accurately within agreed timelines; proactively follow up and escalate delays, risks or unresolved issues at an early stage.
- Ensure only approved documents and calibrated equipment are used for relevant operations and support compliance with applicable training requirements.
- Support ISO 13485, CDSCO and internal/external audits, and maintain Positive Documentation Practices, 5S and ESD controls.
