Role Description The Scientist will conduct experimental and analytical research in life science disciplines, including planning studies, running laboratory experiments, and recording and interpreting data. Daily responsibilities include designing protocols, maintaining lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards, and preparing reports, publications, and presentations based on research findings. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external teams, mentoring junior researchers or students, and contributing to grant proposals and project documentation.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in life sciences (such as biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, or related fields) with the ability to design and conduct experiments.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques (for example, cell culture, molecular biology methods, analytical assays, and instrumentation handling).
- Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data using appropriate statistical and computational tools.
- Experience preparing scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations, with clear and exact written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, regulatory guidelines, and ethical practices in scientific research.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant life science discipline is preferred; candidates with a strong research background at the bachelor’s level may also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional research teams.
- Prior research experience, publications, or project work in academia or industry will be an advantage.
