Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct laboratory tests, including biochemistry, hematology, histopathology, and microbiology to diagnose diseases.
- Analyze patient samples using various techniques such as ELISA, PCR, and serotyping.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and provide reports to healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in clinical pathology or related field (BMLT/DMLT).
- Robust knowledge of biochemistry, coagulation, cytopathology, cytology, haematology/hematology immunology lab operations NABL standards.
- Proficiency in performing various laboratory tests such as ELISA PCR serology etc.
