Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in leading, configuring, and implementing large-scale enterprise payroll projects, particularly with New Zealand payroll deployments.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, payroll configuration, integrations, payroll control center, time management, troubleshooting, and customer-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
* Lead, configure, and implement large-scale enterprise SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) projects, primarily involving New Zealand deployments.
* Should have a minimum of 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations.
* Strong Employee Central Payroll certification is required.
Design, configure, and maintain payroll components, including:
* Wage types
* Benefits integration
* Deductions
* Off-cycle activities
* Garnishments
* Accumulations
* Date and period modifiers
* Payroll reporting
Configure and maintain wage types and determine:
* Taxation rules
* FI mapping
* Infotype associations
* Permissibility rules
* Lead and manage the Payroll workstream and contribute to overall project success.
* Strong experience with Payroll integrations.
* Experience in configuring UI Mashups.
* Hands-on experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
* Experience in gap analysis and development of strategic roadmaps / blueprints.
Strong understanding of Time Off rules and configuration of Time Objects, including:
* Time Profiles
* Time Types
* Time Sheets
* Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively interact with customer senior/top management.
Experience in handling incidents with strong skills in:
* Error analysis
* Troubleshooting
* Root-cause analysis
* Problem solving
* Proactively monitor solutions and applications and identify areas for process and system improvements.
* Knowledge of the Employee Central (EC) module will be an added advantage.
* Strong experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting deadlines effectively.
Additional Skills / Responsibilities
* Knowledge of Intelligent Services.
* Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules will be an added advantage.
* Conduct discovery meetings with customers to understand their current processes and future-state requirements.
* Support presales activities, solution discussions, and customer engagements.
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
