Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation plans, worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and approval workflows.
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay programs, including bonus calculations, business goals, and payout structures.
- Translate compensation and incentive policies into maintainable system configurations aligned with business requirements.
- Lead requirements analysis, solution design, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support for compensation cycles.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, user guidance, and production support processes.

Skills Required:

- 5-15 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.




- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Robust experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay, including incentive plan configuration and payout calculations.
- Ability to design compensation solutions that support complex eligibility, budgeting, calibration, and approval requirements.
- Experience with functional testing, issue analysis, integrations, data validation, and production support for SuccessFactors solutions.

Good to Have:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.

Education: B.Tech or MBA degree
