Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant – Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will deliver instructor-led training on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, guiding learners through system configuration, payroll processes, and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing course materials, creating practical exercises, and supporting learners with real-world payroll scenarios.

The role involves collaborating with internal experts to keep content aligned with current industry practices, conducting assessments,



and providing feedback to help learners build job-ready skills. The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and may participate in workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Payroll Services and Payroll Administration, including end-to-end payroll processing and system-based payroll management.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Employee Perks, with the ability to explain statutory compliance, deductions, and benefits configuration.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to teach complex payroll concepts clearly and support diverse learner groups.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central Payroll or related modules) and prior involvement in implementation or support projects is highly beneficial.
- Background in HR, finance, or payroll operations, along with experience in corporate training, coaching, or mentoring, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and content creation are expected.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in payroll and SAP environments.
