Responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including annual compensation cycles and enhancements.

What Youll Do

- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module
- Support annual compensation cycle and manage related enhancements
- Collaborate on at least one implementation and one support project for SuccessFactors Compensation

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Solid functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system,



specifically in Compensation
- Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module
- LTI experience
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in custom compensation statements
- Understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules

Qualifications: Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
