Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist with solid hands-on experience in EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration and replication.

The candidate will be responsible for configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and support of employee and organizational data replicated from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll.

Key Responsibilities -

- Support SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA Payroll replication.
- Configure and validate replication of:

- Personal and biographical data

- Employment and job information

- Organizational assignments

- Compensation and pay components
- Work schedules and time-related data
- Bank, tax, benefits, and payroll-related information
- Support employee lifecycle events including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination, and Organizational Changes.
- Map Employee Central data to SAP HCM / S/4HANA Payroll structures, including Infotypes, Personnel Actions, Wage Types, Organizational Objects, and Cost Centers.
- Configure and monitor integrations using SAP Integration Suite / CPI or applicable SAP integration frameworks.
- Implement and update BAdIs to support business requirements.
- Troubleshoot replication errors, interface failures, data inconsistencies, and rejected employee records.
- Perform root-cause analysis across Employee Central, Middleware, and S/4HANA Payroll.
- Validate employee and organizational data after replication.




- Support payroll-related integrations covering Time Management, Benefits, Payroll Control Records, Costing & Finance, Banks/Payment Providers, and third-party applications.
- Prepare technical specifications for enhancements, mappings, validations, and error-handling processes.
- Lead Unit, Integration, Regression, Parallel, UAT, and Payroll Validation Testing.
- Perform data reconciliation between Employee Central and S/4HANA Payroll.
- Support production incidents and provide resolution for replication and payroll master-data issues.
- Maintain configuration workbooks, mapping documents, interface specifications, test scripts, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration, Security, and Technical Development teams.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM / S/4HANA Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with EC to S/4HANA Payroll Replication.

- Experience preparing Functional Specifications, Mapping Documents, Test Scenarios, and Technical Documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
