We are urgently looking for SAP Security & GRC qualified with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Security, SoD, access governance, and IT controls

Hands-on SAP Security & GRC AC Supervisor to help lead client engagements, oversee delivery quality, develop team capabilities, and support the growth of the SAP Security & GRC practice.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Security & GRC engagements across implementation, transformation, assessment, optimization, controls, and managed services.

• Manage SAP Security workstreams across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA , including requirements gathering, solution design, role build, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support.

• Lead SAP Security and Access Governance , including:

- Role design & redesign
- Authorization troubleshooting
- Fiori authorizations
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis
- Sensitive access reviews
- Emergency Access Management
- User access reviews
- Access remediation

• Drive SAP GRC Access Control activities involving:

- ARA
- ARM
- EAM
- BRM
- MSMP workflows
- BRF+
- Ruleset design & maintenance
- Risk analysis & mitigation controls
- Connectors & synchronization jobs

• Support SAP GRC Process Control initiatives including control design, automated monitoring, business rules, data sources, control testing, and continuous controls monitoring.

- Translate business, compliance, audit, and internal-control requirements into practical SAP Security and GRC solutions.
- Manage client stakeholders, project timelines, deliverables, issue resolution,



and team performance across multiple engagements.
- Mentor team members and contribute to reusable methodologies, solution accelerators, training materials, and practice assets.

? Required Skills & Experience

✅ 8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and IT Controls.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with SAP Security across ECC & S/4HANA .

✅ Deep expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and its core components.

✅ Experience leading complex SAP Security/GRC engagements.

✅ Strong understanding of SoD, access governance, risk assessment, controls transformation, and access remediation .

✅ Experience managing delivery teams, reviewing work products, and mentoring technical resources.

✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- SAP GRC Process Control
- SAP BTP & SAP IAG
- SAP Cloud Identity Services
- SAP Joule and AI-enabled controls
- SAP HANA, BW/BI, Ariba, IBP, MDG, SuccessFactors, SAC and other SAP applications
- SOX, COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, FDA and other IT control frameworks

• Certifications such as SAP Security, SAP GRC, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM
