The Role

We're hiring experienced SAP Recruiters to handle client requirements end to end. Based on business needs, you may be deployed at a client location as part of an RPO engagement. This is a 6-month contract, extendable based on performance and business requirements. It's fully work from office.

What you'll do

- Hire end to end for SAP functional, technical and techno-functional roles
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and share market insights
- Source, screen and assess candidates for module depth and project experience
- Manage interviews, offers and joining, and keep trackers up to date
- Meet agreed closure targets

Must-have

- 4+ years of recruitment experience, mostly in SAP hiring
- Robust knowledge of the SAP landscape (FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, ABAP, BASIS, BTP, S/4HANA, etc.)




- Track record of closing SAP roles from consultant to architect level
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role
- Willing to work from office in Chennai or at a client location
- Should be available to join immediately
