Project Manager SAP Finance Implementation

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong SAP Finance (FI/CO) implementation experience to manage large-scale finance transformation programs. The candidate should be able to quickly understand complex program landscapes, business processes, dependencies, stakeholders, and implementation challenges, and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project/program execution for SAP Finance implementation programs.
- Drive milestones, timelines, scope, resources, and delivery objectives.
- Understand complex SAP Finance landscapes, business processes, and dependencies.
- Coordinate between business, finance, SAP functional/technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
- Drive governance, escalation, decision-making, and leadership reporting.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency across project teams.
- Support resource planning, budget tracking, and overall program governance.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business and strategic objectives.

Mandatory Requirements
- 6–10+ years of project/program management experience.
- Mandatory hands-on program/project management experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) implementation.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC Finance implementations.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology or finance transformation programs.
- Strong experience in program governance, milestone tracking, resource management, and budget management.
- Robust risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to work across business, finance, and technology teams.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification is preferred.
- Willingness to work from Bengaluru Millenia.
