Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated SAP PP Consultant with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Production Planning modules, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP PP module functionalities including Master Data (BOM, Work Center, Routings, Production Version), Demand Management, MRP, and Production Orders
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP PP configurations
- Participate in end-to-end Implementation/Rollout Project, testing, and support activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP MM, SD, QM, FICO) for integrated business processes
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces and work with ABAP team
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP PP users
- Support system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
- Document configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Assist in end-user training and creating training materials

Must-Have Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in SAP PP module implementation/rollout/support




- Strong understanding of Production Planning processes along with Tables (Discrete, Repetitive, or Process Manufacturing)
- Hands-on experience with BOM, Routing, Work Center, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Order execution
- Basic understanding of integration points with MM, SD, QM and FICO modules
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP
- Knowledge of Variant Configuration
- Familiarity with Advanced Planning tools (SAP APO/IBP)
- Basic ABAP debugging skills
- Experience with PP-QM or PP-PI integration
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/production industry domain

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field
- SAP PP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to work in a client-facing/support role
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to travel/relocate as per project requirements
