Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP P2P & O2C Functional Consultants with 510 years of relevant experience to support SAP business processes, end users, and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve SAP end-user tickets/issues related to P2P and O2C.
- Assign and coordinate tickets with relevant consultants and follow up until closure.
- Conduct end-user training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare Change Request (CR) documents.
- Support cross-module SAP issues by coordinating with internal teams and consultants.
- Support workflows, controls, governance, and process improvements.




- Understand business processes and identify opportunities to implement/convert processes into SAP.
- Support testing, enhancements, documentation, and UAT activities.

Required Skills

- 5 - 10 years of SAP functional experience.
- Strong experience in P2P and O2C processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation/support projects.
- Good understanding of SAP integration and cross-module processes.
- Experience with SAP MM / SD / FI is preferred.
- Robust communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage.
