Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced MIS Executive / SAP Operator to manage business data, MIS reporting, SAP operations, and advanced Excel-based analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP ERP experience, advanced MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports using SAP and Advanced MS Excel to support business operations and management decisions.
- Perform data validation, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, dashboards, and performance analysis within defined timelines.
- Extract, organize, and manage business data through SAP, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive or SAP Operator.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



Power Query, Charts, Data Validation, and MIS Dashboards.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
