The SAP package within HC AMS focuses on engagements in SAP HCM (on-premise & ECP) product suites. We are looking for people with process, functional, data and technical expertise across the SAP HCM technologies in the support landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large SAP HR support & enhancement projects in a functional, technical, data or reporting role.

Responsibilities

- Support role for L2 & L3.

- Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures

- Enhance and maintain our business intelligence platform to deliver improved analytics for end users

- Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes

- Understand optimization opportunities based on product roadmap, business challenges and innovation options

Requirements

- 5-15 Years

- Employee central Payroll, HCM payroll, OMPA, PCR, Schema

- Payroll knowledge, in PCR, Employee central payroll, Time & OMPA, AMS support role, should have implementation background (Required but not mandatory] handling tickets & doing support role.

- Payroll experiences for US/ Canada or UK, Australia.

- If candidate has worked on US Payroll understanding on Tax models

- Hands-on knowledge of PCR and Schemas, who can write PCR is mandatory

- Time schema knowledge is preferable but not mandatory.

- Franc country- France Payroll understanding but do not have PCR exp good procced,

- SAP Time (Positive Time Management), how to write time PCR’s have to work configuring time Quotas,



If they have worked on integrations.

- Service Now or Jira any thing is good-Any ticketing tool is good

- 5- 15 years of SAP HR experience

- Should have worked on at least one support project with good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements and HR cases

- Good understanding of the product release management, and year-end activities (HRSPs, Time and Payroll calendars)

- Good communication skills to operate in virtual environment, and manage expectation with internal and external stakeholders

- Should have experience of working in large/remote teams

- Experience in Agile tools is preferred (Jira, etc.)

- Expertise or knowledge of any data comparison tool to do the larger number of data records comparison for an employee is an advantage.

- Experience of SAP HR processes across all areas below:

- Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration)

- Creation of Personnel Actions

- Experience in writing Agile Actions

- Creation of objects in OM

- Understanding of reporting, Org to Org, Org to Pos etc.

- Generic knowledge of end to end payroll process

- Expertise in writing PCRs in Payroll

- Worked on year end activities and HRSPs

- Note:

- Candidate having Payroll or Time Management knowledge is expected to be expert in Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.

- It is good if candidate with Payroll knowledge has knowledge and expertise of Benefits module else separate candidate needs to identify.
