Key Responsibilities

· Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.

· Configure and maintain SAP MM modules based on business requirements.

· Handle end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

· Work on purchasing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification.

· Configure and support Inventory Management and material movements.

· Manage material master and vendor/business partner-related processes.

· Work with pricing procedures, release strategies and purchasing documents.

· Handle stock transfers, subcontracting, consignment and other relevant MM processes.

· Identify and resolve functional issues reported by users.

· Prepare functional specifications for required developments and enhancements.

· Coordinate with ABAP and other technical teams for custom developments.

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.

· Prepare functional documentation, user manuals and process documentation.

· Provide end-user support and conduct training wherever required.

· Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects.





· Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as SAP SD, FI/CO and PP for integrated business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field.

· 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM.

· Strong understanding of SAP MM procurement and inventory management processes.

· Positive knowledge of P2P processes.

· Experience in SAP configuration and functional support.

· Good understanding of integration between MM and other SAP modules.

· Experience working on SAP implementation, support or enhancement projects.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.

Preferred

· SAP MM certification will be an added advantage.

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

· Exposure to migration, rollout or implementation projects will be an advantage.

· Experience working with multiple business stakeholders is desirable.
