Role Title: SAP HR Mini Master & CATS Consultant

Location / Work Model: All USI Locations | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP Time Management components including Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, and Rotational Schedules.

• Design and support Time-Off Management processes, including leave accruals, entitlements, and self-service request workflows.
- Implement and manage CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) / My Timesheet solutions for capturing employee time against cost objects, WBS elements, and assignments.
- Support time evaluation, approval workflows, payroll integration, historical time corrections, and period-end reconciliations.

Core Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in SAP PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organisational Management).

• Proven experience configuring and implementing CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) and/or SAP HR Mini Master.
- Solid understanding of Time Management processes, time capture, approvals, valuation, and payroll integration.
- Experience handling time data corrections, retroactive adjustments, and HR/payroll issue resolution.
