Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and develop customized solutions using Indian Payroll (IMPLEMENTATION) module.

- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, salaries, advantages, and other relevant information in the system.

- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll (IMPLEMENTATION) module within SAP HCM suite.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
