Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with robust hands-on experience in PA, OM, PT, PY, SAP Payroll and HRSP upgrades, including HR Pack 34 assessment and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP HCM configuration and support across PA, OM, PT & PY.
- SAP Payroll: Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Retro Payroll and Reconciliation.
- HRSP / HR Pack 34 upgrade assessment, impact analysis and SAP Notes.
- Payroll SIT, UAT, Regression & Parallel Payroll testing.
- Integration with FI/CO, SuccessFactors EC/ECP and S/4HANA.
- Data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare support.
- L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting and RCA.




- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts and documentation.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security and Integration teams.

Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM, PA, OM, PT, PY, SAP Payroll, Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Time Evaluation, HRSP, HR Pack 34, Payroll Regression, Parallel Payroll, SuccessFactors ECP, S/4HANA, FI/CO Integration, SIT, UAT, L2/L3 Support.

Preferred

SAP HCM implementation/upgrade experience, third-party HR/payroll integrations and strong stakeholder management.
