Position: SAP HCM Trainee / Junior SAP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities
- Assist senior SAP HCM consultants in implementation and support projects.
- Understand business requirements related to Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Perform basic SAP HCM configuration under senior consultant guidance.
- Support incident/ticket resolution and change requests.
- Prepare test cases and perform unit/integration testing.
- Participate in UAT and help resolve identified issues.
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and status reports.
- Assist with data migration and validation activities.
- Interact with business users and provide basic end-user support/training.
- Coordinate with other SAP modules and technical teams when required.
