About the Role The SAP FICO Lead (CA background) is a senior role responsible for driving financial systems excellence across the organization. This position requires deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), strong leadership skills, and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.



The Lead will oversee end‑to‑end implementations, manage global stakeholders, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

- Lead SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Prefer CA background.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Design and configure SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end Finance and Controlling business processes, including integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, WM, Treasury, and Basis.
- Lead user training, testing activities, and production support.
- Resolve complex functional issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team members.
