Job Responsibilities

- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits.
- Manage benefit programs including reimbursements, allowances, insurance, pensions, and other employee benefit plans.
- Configure eligibility rules, benefit schedules, enrollment processes, and event-based benefit management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Support global benefits catalog governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Perform system testing, documentation, and post-production support.
- Provide accurate reporting and insights related to employee advantages and eligibility.

Mandatory Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central Benefits module.




- Strong understanding of Benefits Administration and Employee Lifecycle processes.
- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of EC Benefits solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience in global EC Benefits implementations.
- Exposure to multi-country advantages configuration and rollout.
- Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
