Role Summary

Support the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns using SAP Emarsys. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to deliver effective customer journeys and personalised communications. Act as a subject-matter expert for SAP Emarsys within the team.

What Youll Do

- Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web personalisation, direct mail) using SAP Emarsys
- Create reusable segments, contact lists, and automation workflows to improve engagement and retention
- Perform audience segmentation and targeting using customer data, including Predictive AI models in Emarsys
- Set up and monitor A/B tests and personalisation strategies
- Generate campaign performance reports and share insights with stakeholders
- Ensure campaign execution complies with GDPR, CCPA, and global data privacy regulations
- Support process improvements and contribute to campaign execution best practices
- Guide best practices and provide training to junior team members on Emarsys




- Collaborate with client teams to align campaigns with business objectives

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys E2E Marketing Automation tool
- Experience executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to perform audience segmentation, targeting, and use of Predictive AI models in Emarsys
- Experience setting up and monitoring A/B tests and personalisation strategies
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global data privacy regulations
- Ability to generate and interpret campaign performance reports
- Experience supporting process improvements and campaign best practices

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
- Certification in SAP Emarsys

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in CS/IT, or related field with Marketing knowledge
- Certification in SAP Emarsys is a plus
